Whether it’s to prevent matting, reduce shedding, or just keep them fresh and clean, I offer gentle, stress-free grooming tailored to your feline friend. ✂️ Services & Prices • Deshedding, Nails & Bath — $95 • Bath & Nail Clip — $85 • Hygiene Clip, Nail & Bath — $95 • Hygiene Clip & Nails Only — $75 • Deshed, Hygiene & Bath — $115 • Deshedding & Nails Only — $85 • Nails Only — $35 • Good Brush & Nails — $65 • Dematting from — $100 • Lion Clip – from $150 A full tidy shave for cats who prefer a shorter coat. Body is clipped short, leaving the mane, boots, and tip of tail. Includes nail trim, ear clean, and gentle brush-out. Ideal for: Long-haired cats, summer comfort, or cats prone to matting. ⸻ 💡 Prices may vary depending on coat condition and temperament. ⸻ 🧶 Matted Coat Surcharge – +$20 to +$40 If your cat has knots or mats, I take extra care to remove them safely and comfortably. Pricing depends on coat condition and time required. This ensures your cat is never rushed or stressed during the process. ⸻ 🐾 Curly / Dense Coat Surcharge – +$10 to +$20 For breeds with thicker, plush or curly coats such as Persians, British Shorthairs, and Exotic Shorthairs. These coats require additional brushing and clipper work for an even finish. ⸻ 😺 Behaviour / Handling Fee – +$10 to +$25 I always groom with patience and gentle handling. However, some cats may: • Swat, bite, or scratch • Act stressed or defensive • Be wriggly or difficult to hold safely Extra time, breaks, or supportive handling techniques may be needed. If grooming must be stopped due to stress or safety concerns, a partial fee of $70/hr applies to cover time, equipment, and handling. ⸻ 🚐 Mobile Grooming Setup I bring all grooming equipment to your home. All I need is a quiet indoor space such as your laundry or bathroom, and access to warm water if a bath is required.

📅 Grooming & Dog Walking Policies ✂️🐾 🐕 For New Clients To help ensure a smooth experience for you and your pet, please review the following policies: ✅ Appointments • All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. • Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. • A deposit is required for new clients to secure their first appointment. ✅ Cancellations & Late Arrivals • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or a shortened session. • Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations. ✅ Health & Behaviour • Pets must be healthy and free from fleas or ticks. • Sessions may be paused or stopped if a pet shows signs of stress or aggression. • Please disclose any health conditions or behavioural issues before your appointment. • For safety, clients should not hold or remain close to their pet during grooming. This prevents distractions and reduces the risk of injury, as grooming involves sharp tools. ⸻ 🧼 Mobile Grooming Setup Policy I operate out of a fully equipped grooming van, bringing a safe and professional service right to your home. 🐶 For Dogs: • 🚐 My grooming van will need access to your driveway or a safe parking space close to your home • 💦 Access to a tap or hose connection for fresh water supply • 🔌 A nearby power outlet for grooming equipment (extension cord if required) • 🛁 Dogs are bathed in my portable bath, which is set up undercover at the van door 🐱 For Cats: • Cats are not groomed inside the van — grooming is carried out indoors in a quiet, secure space such as a laundry or bathroom for their comfort and safety • 💧 Access to warm water may be required if necessary • 🐾 Please keep other pets separated during the session • 🕓 Cat Readiness Policy: Please have your cat secured and ready before the groomer arrives, as cats often hide when they sense unfamiliar visitors. If your cat cannot be located or safely handled at the time of the appointment, a call-out fee of $50–$80 may apply and the session may need to be rescheduled
