📅 Grooming & Dog Walking Policies ✂️🐾 For New Clients To help ensure a smooth experience for you and your pet, please review the following policies: ✅ Appointments • All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. • Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. • A deposit is required for new clients to secure their first appointment. ✅ Cancellations & Late Arrivals • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or a shortened session. • Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations. ✅ Health & Behaviour • Pets must be healthy and free from fleas or ticks. • Sessions may be paused or stopped if a pet shows signs of stress or aggression. • Please disclose any health conditions or behavioural issues before your appointment. ⸻ 🧼 Mobile Grooming Setup Policy (At-Home Service) I provide mobile grooming using professional, portable equipment set up at your home (not in a van). For Dogs: • 🏡 Outdoor space (yard, patio, or driveway) • 💦 Warm water access (tap, laundry, or sink) • 🔌 Power outlet access • 🐶 Please have your dog secured upon arrival For Cats: • 🚪 Quiet indoor space (e.g., laundry or bathroom) • 💧 Warm water access • 🐾 Please keep other pets separated during the session
